Currently some user manual pages are duplicated and need to be merged.
The user manual is here:

There’s a sub-page again titled user manual here:
http://gammalib.sourceforge.net/user_manual/manual/index.html
All this sub-page contains is a large section on linear algebra:
http://gammalib.sourceforge.net/user_manual/manual/linalg.html
This should probably be merged into this page and then doc/source/user_manual/manual/ can be removed?
