Gammalib should have a logo for websites, slides, ...

Any ideas?

Yes, here is one

It’s open for discussion, of course.

You may recognize that gamma Lib is ... a star. The forth brightest start in the constellation of Libra. The logo shows the main symbol used for gamma-rays, and together with “Lib” forms the full name of the project. In addition, the star on the “i” of Lib represent the star in the constellation of Libra, and the three other stars form the rest of the constellation. The stars in the logo are illustrating that we’re exploring the Heavens with GammaLib.

By the way: the color is the same as the one used for the CTA logo :) Having only blue and white will allow to create variants (black and white, inverted color, etc.)

Maybe let’s first submit to some other people for feedback. Once it’s out there we probably won’t change it for a while ...
