Description
The read method of GCTAObservation allocates an empty response if no response information is specified. Not sure that this is the required feature. What means an empty response function anyhow? Some thinking is needed here to decide how the read method should behave. If empty responses are allowed, should one be allowed to use an empty response (it probably will return zeros in all places)?
