Check of set_mc_cone() should also be added to the diffuse map class to provide the proper normalization of the Monte Carlo.

Description
Pierrick reported discrepancies in the diffuse map simulations. Eventually the reason behind this is an improper sampling of the spatial model. If events are drawn outside the ROI it is possible that the normalization is not correct. This should be checked.
At the same time it should also be checked whether the diffuse cube normalization is correct.
