The ctools-00-06-00 release includes the following changes:

• Add ctmodel tool
• Add usepnt parameter to ctselect
• Adapt to GammaLib-00-07-00 interface
• Correct ctobssim usage of seed value

ctools-00-06-00 requires GammaLib-00-07-00.
