Description
There’s still a bunch of of TEX documents and EPS images here:
https://github.com/gammalib/gammalib/tree/devel/doc/dev
This should be reformatted to RST pages and PNG images so that it becomes part of the visible GammaLib documentation online.
I can do the conversion, but before I spend time on this, Jürgen, could you have a quick look and comment if there are things that are outdated and can simply be removed?

- doc/inst needs update but is an important document
- doc/math needs to be completed but is still very relevant
- doc/sdd can be removed
- doc/srs can be removed
- doc/tn is still relevant and contains important Mac OS X related information; probably needs update for newer Mac OS X versions
All these documents are relatively low-level, i.e. only for somebody who really digs deeply into GammaLib development. We may think about adding a subsection “Developer Manual” just below “User Manual” in the documentation and organise these documents under this subsection.
