Description
The exposure cube, PSF cube and background cube are defined for energy intervals, but the cube maps are actually evaluated at the interval centre energies. It is therefore preferable to write directly the energy values and not the energy boundaries in the FITS files. The corresponding classes should be modified so that energy values are written instead of energy intervals.
Recurrence
No recurrence.

I changed all stacked cube so that they now are defined for specific energies, and no longer the mid-points of energy intervals.

Please note that older stacked cubes are no longer compatible with the new format.
