Description
The GSkyMap::overlaps() method was introduced to improve computation speed of the stacked response computation (#1980) and for this purpose it does the job. However, the method is not exact in all cases, see the discussion at the bottom of #1980.
The method should be generalised so that it works for all sky circles and that it also works for HealPix maps.
