Description
OpenMP support should be implemented in GCTACubeExposure::fill(), GCTACubePsf::fill(), GCTACubeEdisp::fill() and GCTACubeBackground::fill() so that cube filling for multiple observations is parallelised.
The corresponding ctools should get a nthreads parameter.
