Description
So far the ASCII performance files cannot be accessed via the XML observation interface. This should be changed, although we know that the ASCII files are still preliminary.
Ideally, supplying the filename of an ASCII performance file to the ARF or PSF entries in the XML file should automatically load the relevant information, and act as if we would deal with an IRF file.
