Description

So far ctobssim assumes 100% livetime. To fully test the system and to allow more realistic simulations, the average deadtime correction (livetime/ontime) should be a user parameter.

Added deadc parameter to parameter file and added a Monte Carlo process to the photon and background event selection that keeps only those events that fall during the livetime of the system. This means that background rates are given in units of counts per ontime (and not counts per livetime).
