Description
I have modified cshessobs and renamed it to csiactobs. The script now builds observations from index files following the scheme described at http://gamma-astro-data-formats.readthedocs.org/en/latest/data_storage/index.html. In addition I have added a test case to check if the script runs smoothly. The user can now specify the FITS production to be used via one single parameter. To list the available FITS production on the users machine I have also added csiactdata (similar to cscaldb). Documentation in the reference manual is still missing. I will take care of that after christmas.
