Description
Create tool that shall simulate a pointing sequence based on a given site and a position of the sky (eventually, the tool may handle multiple pointings). This tool should take into account the time dependent zenith and azimuth angle dependence of the observations. It could also be named ctauxsim (see SRD, version 1.1, section 2.7.1.2).
