Description

The ctxspecgen tool shall produce Xspec compatible response files (PHA, ARF, RMF) that can be directly fed into Xspec for spectral analysis (see SRD, version 1.1, section 2.7.1.6; the feature covers the PHAGEN, ARFGEN and RMFGEN functions of the SRD; for consistency of the generated data, a single tool is preferable that combines all three functions; however, arguments could also favor of keeping the tools split; this needs to be decided before starting the feature).
