Description
The purpose of the ctmapcube tool is to generate a map cube (3D map spanned by Right Ascension, Declination and log energy) from a model definition XML file. This tool will allow, for example, to put all model components that are fixed into a single map cube and to fit these model components globally to the data.

Added tool. I tested using a stacked analysis that the tool is producing reliable map cubes.
