An initial version of GRmf has been implement. This supports setting and getting of values and saving and loading of RMF files. A unit tests has also been written.
Note that no compressed column format is yet supported, hence I do not expect that the class manages to read the 1DC RMF file. This is bad. Some additional code in the FITS interface is needed for this.
